Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unaltered condition with all original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in original, unused condition
• Original packaging (box, papers, accessories) must be included
• Returns initiated after 30 days may not be accepted
• Items that have been used, sharpened, or modified are not eligible for return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrectly described.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or is not as described, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
